Not that I don't love how the Alice dress is coming along (pics as soon as I get the second sleeve on!), I just want something a bit more... fiesty for Halloween!

So I decided to switch gears and do Elizabeth Bathory. :]

I'm going to take my gold silk Elizabethan gown, sew up the split skirt, take in the bodice so that it can be laced up the front, and dye the whole thing black (or red; there's a red version too and that was what they used in the Bathory movie)! The I have to make a collar and new chemise and an apron. And then procure fake blood for a final touch!

I just can't figure out how the heck to make that collar... Any suggestions??
